Sales Executive - Living

Living, member of Ergo Home Group, collaborates with the world’s greatest brands and offers ‘Complete Home Solutions’ by combining a wide spectrum of high quality and design furniture. Due to continuous expansion, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented Sales Executives to join our team at the Nicosia showroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products for clients
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and requests
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Follow up offers, gain feedback and transform sales leads into sales
  • Assist in layout and maintenance of window and internal displays
  • Assist in stocktaking
  • Managing the sales process through company’s CRM
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after sale
  • Meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in furniture
  • Degree in Interior Design or knowledge of a design/drawing software will be considered an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, both written and oral
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communicator skills and outgoing personality
