Costing Officer

We are currently looking for experienced, detail-oriented and organized Costing Officer to join our team based in Nicosia, Cyprus.  

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial records and budgets for all projects and making sure they are followed
• Collecting cost information and maintaining an expenses database
• Running the cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time
• Ensuring that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals
• Ensuring the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs
• Preparation of the consolidate cost of the projects for payroll and distribution of inventory accounts
• Follow up the cost during the projects
• Preparation of post project cost reporting

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or related field will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Excellent with numbers and mathematics
• A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Fluency in both Greek and English language, written and spoken
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
